Fabrizio Romano has reported that Borussia Dortmund is considering a move for Manchester City forward Oscar Bobb. The 22-year-old Norwegian has only made nine appearances in the Premier League for City this season, and his playing time may further diminish with the anticipated arrival of additional wingers during the January transfer window. Romano notes, however, that concrete negotiations between the two clubs have yet to take place.

Currently, Dortmund’s attackers Karim Adeyemi and Julien Duranville are not in the good graces of head coach Niko Kovac. Duranville has been excluded from matchday selections due to unsatisfactory training performances.

Adeyemi faces his own challenges, having attempted to conceal a past illegal weapons conviction earlier this autumn. This, coupled with a highly publicized disagreement with Kovac during the last Bundesliga match of 2025, has put him in a precarious position.

Duranville is being actively offered to other clubs, while Adeyemi is reportedly available for a potential sale at €60 million this January, according to Sport Bild. Dortmund expresses interest in securing Bobb on a permanent basis, with the forward’s current market value estimated at €25 million. The successful sale of Adeyemi would provide the BVB administrative team with sufficient funds to facilitate a deal for Bobb.
