Jordi Cruijff Appointed as Ajax’s New Technical Director

omidbasir- Ajax has officially announced that Jordi Cruijff will take up the role of new technical director. The son of the late Johan Cruijff is set to implement several changes within the organization, although significant transfers are not part of this plan.

According to De Telegraaf, transfers in the range of fifteen to twenty million euros for players aged eighteen to twenty-one are currently off the table. Such expenditures can only be considered in the future when Ajax’s financial situation improves, and they may only be directed towards experienced players, akin to the previous signings of Dusan Tadic and Daley Blind, who can mentor younger talents. Consequently, major transfers will not be pursued for the time being.
