Koeman highlights Cruijff’s extensive experience, noting that he has faced various challenges throughout his career. He believes that having spent more time in Spain than in the Netherlands may provide Cruijff with an advantage, as he is less influenced by the multitude of opinions circulating in newspapers and talk shows. Nonetheless, Koeman acknowledges that working at Ajax, like at major clubs in Spain, entails daily scrutiny and evaluation. “At FC Barcelona, this was also the case,” he remarks in an interview with De Telegraaf.
