The player visited the Real Sociedad training complex to collect his belongings and say goodbye to both his teammates and staff. He shared a photo on social media with the physiotherapists who supported him during his recovery from a knee ligament injury he sustained shortly after joining Real Sociedad, although he later deleted the post.

The agreement between the parties, first reported by Radio MARCA Valencia, is now finalized. Valencia will pay just under five million euros for the player, who has signed a three-year contract. The negotiations intensified following Valencia’s recent defeat in Vigo, which placed the team in the relegation zone.

Valencia increased their initial offer to secure the services of the forward, ultimately reaching an agreement. Coach Corberán had highlighted Sadiq’s return as a top priority for the January transfer window, especially after a failed attempt last summer.
