Beñat Turrientes Returns to Training, Eyeing a Key Role with Real Sociedad

Beñat Turrientes was seen participating in training this morning with Real Sociedad at Zubieta. It appears that his substitution during the 65th minute of Friday’s match against Getafe, following a strong challenge, did not result in an injury. He remains available for coach Pellegrino Matarazzo, with whom he has started in both recent matches, displaying impressive performance.

The player from Beasain is now fully engaged in competition for the double pivot role within Matarazzo’s new 1-4-2-3-1 system, notably after having limited opportunities in the previous 1-4-3-3 formation.
