Peter Bosz Supports John Heitinga Amid Ajax Departure

During a press conference on Friday, PSV coach Peter Bosz addressed the recent dismissal of John Heitinga from Ajax, a rival club. He expressed solidarity with his fellow coach, who had been under pressure for weeks.

Bosz remarked, “What John has endured… I have no issue with differing opinions; however, those can be conveyed respectfully instead of attacking the individual. The manner in which the media articulates these matters influences the supporters as well. This presents a responsibility for you all. While it doesn’t need to be sugar-coated, the personal attacks can be excessive.

He continued, “The question, ‘Do you think you will still be the coach tomorrow?’ strikes me as disrespectful. It’s clear there is no reasonable answer to such a question, so why pose it? Enough already; this is nonsense!”
