After several transfer windows, Braulio Vázquez has finally achieved his longstanding goal. Raúl Moro has officially signed as a new player for Osasuna and has been presented alongside the club’s sporting director. “We are thrilled to bring in a player of such quality and young age for many years to come,” stated Braulio. He also noted, “He is quite introverted and prefers to express himself on the pitch.”

Despite his reserved nature, the Barcelona native addressed the media, expressing gratitude and delivering an inspiring message for Osasuna supporters. “This year, we can accomplish great things. Our goal is to improve our performance away from home,” he emphasized.

The former Ajax player reflected on his brief time in the Netherlands, saying, “I went to a country I was unfamiliar with, with a different culture, and it was challenging to adapt. I did not adjust well; Spanish football is what I enjoy the most.” He added, “I chose Ajax because it is a prestigious club that provides the opportunity to play in the Champions League. I arrived in Amsterdam with a high level of confidence, but I haven’t experienced that in recent months. I believe I have come to the right place to regain it.”

Regarding his potential participation in the upcoming match against Rayo Vallecano, Braulio indicated that it is first a matter of “bureaucratic processes,” while the player stated, “If the coach believes so, I am available for the weekend.” He also clarified, “I have not yet had the chance to speak with him. I know all about Osasuna because I have played in LaLiga and have followed Spanish football since childhood. I understand the demands and expectations that come with it.”

When discussing his abilities as a footballer, he noted, “I excel more in attack than in defense. While it is important to contribute defensively, I am a fast player with strong one-on-one skills, fully committed to the team.”

Finally, he acknowledged the benefits of playing alongside a striker like Budimir, while also recognizing Raúl García de Haro. “We have Budimir, who converts every chance he gets, and we also have Raúl García. Both are goal-scoring forwards, and I believe playing alongside them will greatly benefit my game,” he concluded.
