Real Sociedad to Hold Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on December 10

Real Sociedad will hold its General Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders on December 10. Key agenda items include the approval of the financial statements for the 2024-25 season, as well as the budget for the current fiscal year. The meeting will also feature a section for questions and comments, where some shareholders are expected to express their concerns regarding the management of Jokin Aperribay and his Board of Directors.

The first item on the agenda is the review and approval, if deemed appropriate, of the Annual Financial Statements, which includes the balance sheet, income statement, management report, statement of changes in equity for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, and the cash flow statement, along with a proposal for the application of the results from the aforementioned fiscal year.

The second item will involve the examination and potential approval of the budget for the economic year spanning from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.
