Harry Kane Engages in Contract Negotiations with Bayern Munich

omidbasir- Harry Kane has initiated talks regarding a potential contract extension with Bayern Munich, as reported in Germany.

Currently, Kane’s contract is set to expire in the summer of 2027, but the Bundesliga champions are keen to negotiate a new deal that could extend his tenure until 2028 or 2029.

“We are in discussions with Harry,” confirmed Bayern sporting director Max Eberl during an interview with Sky Germany on Monday.

Since his transfer from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer of 2023 for approximately £100 million ($136 million), Kane has made a remarkable impact at Bayern. The 32-year-old striker has netted 119 goals in 126 appearances, recently achieving the milestone of becoming the fastest player to reach 100 goal contributions in Bundesliga history.

In addition to his club success, Kane holds the record as England’s all-time leading scorer, with 78 goals in 112 international matches. His Premier League tally of 213 goals for Tottenham remains 47 short of the competition’s all-time top scorer, Alan Shearer.
