Atlético de Madrid Announces Squad for Upcoming Match Against Levante

Atlético de Madrid has announced the list of players selected for the match against Levante this Saturday at 18:30, which is part of the twelfth round of La Liga. Coach Simeone has received positive news with the return of Nico González.

Nico González has successfully recovered from the tibia injury he sustained during the last league match against Sevilla. His positive evolution has allowed him to be included in the squad just in time to bolster the Atlético attack.

On a less favorable note, Robin Le Normand will not be participating. The central defender sustained an injury during the match against Union Saint-Gilloise, which initially raised concerns but was later deemed less serious. The club provided an update on his condition post-match, stating: “A high-grade injury to the posterior capsule of the left knee without ligament or meniscus damage.” Le Normand is currently undergoing recovery outside the team, and the upcoming international break will provide him with an opportunity to work towards his return to the pitch.
