Casemiro’s Impact at Manchester United: A Midfield Maestro

Casemiro delivered a comprehensive midfield performance against Fulham, embodying the ideal characteristics of both an attacking and defensive midfielder. He consistently disrupted Fulham’s attacks, facilitated United’s build-up play with astute ball distribution, executed long passes to stretch the pitch, provided a crucial assist to Cunha, and scored with a commanding header.

Wharton’s starting price could be around £65 million, potentially escalating to £100 million. Similarly, Anderson, with his diverse skill set and leadership potential, should be United’s primary target despite the high cost.

Replacing Casemiro will undoubtedly be a complex and costly endeavor for United. Real Madrid previously spent £86 million on Aurelien Tchouameni shortly before selling Casemiro, indicating the high stakes involved in securing a quality midfielder.
