Crystal Palace striker Jean-Philippe Mateta is reportedly a target for Manchester United this summer, as noted by the Daily Mirror. Following the collapse of his transfer to AC Milan, the 28-year-old may be available at a reduced fee when he enters the final year of his contract at Selhurst Park in June. Crystal Palace has already secured a replacement by signing Wolverhampton Wanderers forward Jørgen Strand Larsen for £48 million.

In another development, Arsenal has expressed interest in Bayern Munich midfielder Leon Goretzka, according to journalist Christian Falk from Bild. The Gunners were keen on acquiring the 30-year-old Germany international on deadline day, believing his playing style suits the Premier League well. Although Goretzka opted to remain at the Allianz Arena in January, there are suggestions that he could join Mikel Arteta’s squad if Arsenal makes a renewed approach this summer. Tottenham Hotspur are also said to be monitoring his situation.

Chelsea and Newcastle United are keeping an eye on Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic, as reported by Calciomercato. Both clubs have made inquiries regarding the 26-year-old, whose contract is nearing expiration. While interest in Vlahovic is widespread across Europe, Premier League clubs may be more capable of meeting his €12 million salary.

In the MLS, LA Galaxy is considering a move for Manchester United midfielder Casemiro, according to the Daily Mail. The club is prioritizing the 33-year-old’s signature as his contract at Old Trafford is set to expire, with the Red Devils choosing not to extend his tenure. Casemiro is expected to wait until the end of the season to make a decision, as further international interest is anticipated.

Juventus is also keen on acquiring AFC Bournemouth defender Marcos Senesi, as indicated by Nicolo Schira. The Bianconeri have reportedly arranged a meeting with the 28-year-old’s representatives, aiming for a free transfer when his current contract concludes this summer. Previously, it was reported that Juventus was considering a four-year deal worth €3 million annually for Senesi, who has been a pivotal player for Bournemouth this season, starting 23 of 24 Premier League matches.

Additional transfer news includes UAE-based club FC Palm City expressing interest in free agent winger Raheem Sterling, and Bayern Munich nearing an extension for forward Serge Gnabry until the summer of 2028. Celtic is also tracking free agent midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, while talks continue between Galatasaray and Borussia Dortmund for left-back Ramy Bensebaini. Newcastle is reportedly cautious about the future of midfielder Sandro Tonali, who has been linked with Arsenal, and Galatasaray has shown interest in AS Monaco’s Denis Zakaria. Furthermore, Newcastle is preparing to make a move for 19-year-old Paris FC midfielder Patrick Zabi, and Union Berlin defender Diogo Leite is expected to explore opportunities away from his current club.
