Bernard Schuiteman Reflects on His Time at Feyenoord

Bernard Schuiteman currently serves as the Technical Director of RKC Waalwijk, having previously held a position at Feyenoord. In a recent interview with De Maaskantine, Schuiteman reflects on his time in Rotterdam.

He commended Dennis te Kloese, who functions as both General and Technical Director at Feyenoord. Schuiteman emphasized the importance of being fully dedicated in such a pivotal role, especially for a top club like Feyenoord. “There is an immense amount of responsibility that comes with the position. Your primary task is to assemble a competitive first team, but the work extends far beyond that initial phase. Therefore, I would recommend separating these duties to allow for greater focus and effectiveness in each role,” he noted. Schuiteman acknowledged that te Kloese is performing exceptionally well, expressing his satisfaction: “Everything is progressing smoothly, and I am quite happy about it, as I am a fan of Feyenoord.”
