Jordi Cruijff Embarks on His Journey with Ajax

omidbasir- Jordi Cruijff has officially started his tenure at Ajax, where he will be collaborating significantly with Louis van Gaal. It is well-known that Van Gaal had a complicated relationship with Jordi’s legendary father, Johan Cruijff.

In an interview with Voetbal International, Jordi expressed, “My father was a strong personality, and so is Louis, but I am my own person.”

He continued, “I have already spoken with Louis, as he was one of the first people I reached out to. Nothing has been disclosed from our conversation, and I take pride in that; it’s how it should be. I don’t feel entirely comfortable sharing details, but it was a very good discussion—clear and enjoyable. We certainly share a similar footballing language.”
