Ajax Eyes Potential Summer Signing of Christian Norgaard

Norgaard was previously linked to Ajax in January; however, Arsenal was not willing to release him at that time. If Norgaard finds himself with limited playing time in the coming months, the situation may change by summer, presenting Ajax with an opportunity to capitalize on.

In addition to Norgaard, Ajax has also been linked with other potential signings for the midfield control role, including Daley Blind and Manuel Ugarte from Girona and Manchester United, as well as Edson Álvarez and Douglas Luíz. Jordi Cruijff has expressed disappointment over missing out on securing a new central midfielder, which leaves Youri Regeer as the primary option for that position.
