Boualin noted, “They are searching for a new technical director.” Rumors circulated that they approached Carlos Aalbers from NEC, but he declined the offer. As the search continues for a suitable candidate, Boualin predicts an immediate and busy schedule for whoever takes on the role: “As a technical director, you can expect a very busy summer ahead.”

Financial challenges are evident as Boualin referenced the loaned players, Gjivai Zechiël and Ramiz Zerrouki, stating, “I don’t see them immediately contributing at Feyenoord. Perhaps Zechiël might, but not as a starter.” He explained that these players were loaned out with the hope that they would perform well at their respective clubs, making them viable for future sales.
