Javi Rueda received medical clearance on Thursday, having fully recovered from a Grade I tear in the rectus femoris of his left thigh, an injury he sustained three weeks ago.

As a result of this injury, Rueda missed the last five matches, including contests against Osasuna, Levante, and Barcelona in La Liga, as well as the Copa del Rey match against Puerto de Vega and the UEFA Europa League encounter with Dinamo Zagreb.

A key player for coach Claudio Giráldez, Rueda has participated in ten official matches this season, contributing one goal and three assists.

He is expected to make his return in the upcoming match against Alavés next Saturday, where teammates Williot Swedberg, Carlos Domínguez, and Hugo Álvarez may also be available for selection.
