Cucho Hern ndez Returns to Training with Real BetisCucho Hern ndez Returns to Training with Real Betis

Cucho Hernández’s return to training with his teammates has been a significant highlight during the first training session of the week for Real Betis. The team conducted a closed session beginning at 10:30 AM on Field 3 of the Ciudad Deportiva Luis del Sol. The Colombian forward underwent nasal surgery eight days ago to enhance his respiratory capacity and is anticipated to be available for the match against Girona on Sunday.

During the initial training sessions, Hernández will wear a protective mask as a precautionary measure to minimize the risk of injury, which has been a topic of conversation among his fellow players. By the time of the match on Sunday, he will no longer be required to use the mask. Tuesday’s training session also saw the participation of Giovani Lo Celso, who recently played for Argentina in a friendly against Angola during the FIFA international window. The only player absent due to injury was Pau López, who is making progress in his recovery with the aim of returning by the end of the month or early November.

Isco Alarcón, following a busy weekend that included the release of his documentary, has participated in another training session with the team, and his return to matchday squads could come this weekend. In the coming hours, Bakambu is expected to return to Seville after helping his national team qualify for the World Cup playoffs. The remaining international players (Ricardo Rodríguez, Fornals, Amrabat, Abde, and Pablo García) still have pending international commitments and will gradually reintegrate into the squad over the following days.
