Coach Robin Veldman has revealed Heerenveen’s desire for a transfer, stating that the team aimed to recruit a new left winger over the summer. This objective remains unchanged. “We are not necessarily looking for a new, goal-scoring left winger, but rather a scoring forward who can operate on both flanks,” Veldman explained during a Sportcast interview with Omrop Fryslân. “These discussions have been ongoing since the preseason.
