Infantino will personally present the award this year, which is set to be given annually on behalf of fans worldwide. In a related context, U.S. President Donald Trump, who maintains a close rapport with Infantino, was notably overlooked for the Nobel Peace Prize last month, despite advocacy from fellow Republicans and various world leaders.
