Carlos Forbs Reflects on His Ajax Tenure and Triumphs at Club Brugge

Carlos Forbs, once viewed as a significant misstep at Ajax, has flourished at Club Brugge, where he has earned a place on the national team of Portugal. In an interview with Het Nieuwsblad, he reflects on his unsuccessful stint in Amsterdam.

Forbs shares that he has never regretted his choice to join Ajax. “Ajax is the largest club in the Netherlands, with a rich history and numerous trophies, so it was a logical decision for me,” he stated. In 2023, he made the move from Manchester City to Ajax.

Despite the challenges he faced, including being excluded from the locker room alongside six other teammates, Forbs remains proud of his journey.
