Melvin Boel’s Aspirations Amidst Feyenoord’s Struggles

In Deventer, Melvin Boel, a former Feyenoord player, has taken up the role of head coach.

Boel harbors ambitions of coaching at De Kuip in the future, as he shared in an interview with Voetbal International. After moving from Varkenoord to FC Dordrecht in 2023, he joined Go Ahead last summer. “We have entered into a long-term commitment, and there is a reason for that,” Boel stated. “Go Ahead is a fantastic club, and together we are striving to make further progress. I am immensely grateful to the club for this opportunity and am not focused on my future at this time.”
