Correia commemorated the club’s return to the highest level of Dutch football after a 47-year absence in a unique manner, as he shared in an interview with Voetbal International. “That night, I enjoyed a quiet drink with my girlfriend—a glass of Spanish rum. Beyond that, not much else stands out from those late-night hours. It was a kind of blissful haze. Even during the celebration the following day, I was still floating on that cloud of happiness.”
