Ajax is contemplating a potential return for Jordan Henderson to Amsterdam. The club is actively searching for an experienced midfielder to occupy the number six position, a role that has been notably vacant since Henderson’s departure from the Johan Cruijff ArenA, according to Voetbal International.

According to Ajax correspondent Lentin Goodijk from VI, “Ajax has indeed reached out through various channels. There was even consideration given to the possibility of recalling Jordan Henderson, especially since he lost his starting position at Brentford.
