Ajax Faces Setback with Zinchenko’s Injury

The Ukrainian suffered a serious knee injury during the match against Fortuna Sittard, ruling him out for the rest of the season. This setback is particularly disheartening, according to Wesley Sneijder and Wim Kieft, who foresee renewed challenges with Owen Wijndal.

During the Ziggo Sport program Rondo, Sneijder expressed his disappointment regarding Zinchenko’s injury. “It’s unfortunate for him. It’s unfortunate for Owen Wijndal, but there is indeed a noticeable difference in quality. In the Premier League, the pace is much faster.
