Ajax s Winter Transfer Strategy Selling Edvardsen and Retaining MoroAjax s Winter Transfer Strategy Selling Edvardsen and Retaining Moro

Ajax is looking to part ways with Oliver Edvardsen this winter, according to Mike Verweij from De Telegraaf. On the other hand, the Amsterdam club does not appear inclined to entertain a temporary departure for Raúl Moro. Ajax sees significant potential in the Spanish player, even though his performance has yet to meet expectations.

Recently, interest in Moro has surged, with clubs from his home country, such as Espanyol, Valencia, and Real Oviedo, hoping to secure him on loan this winter. The talented dribbler arrived last summer from Real Valladolid with high hopes but has struggled to make an impact thus far. Nonetheless, Ajax is not ready to let him go, as Verweij reports. “Ajax insists: we brought in Moro, and although he hasn’t fully delivered yet, we see so much future in him that we want to hold on to him. They are determined not to let him leave.”
