Alemao’s Participation in Upcoming Match Uncertain

The participation of Brazilian forward Alemao in the Oviedo-Rayo Vallecano match this Sunday at 14:00 is currently uncertain. Alemao experienced some muscle discomfort during training last Wednesday, leading to medical evaluations on Thursday. While the injury is not severe, it is significant enough to potentially affect his availability against his former team.

Rayo Vallecano will resume training this Monday afternoon after a three-day break. The evolution of Alemao’s condition throughout this week will determine if he can travel to Carlos Tartiere. However, considering the rigorous match schedule ahead, it is likely that the coaching staff will exercise caution regarding his involvement. Rayo will face nine official matches across LaLiga, Conference, and Copa in just 28 days, with the first match taking place in Oviedo.
