American defender Alex Freeman, who recently joined Villarreal, will be available to play this Saturday in Pamplona against Osasuna after being successfully registered with LaLiga. The Castellon club has received the international transfer certificate for the player.

Freeman arrived in Villarreal on Friday and awaited formal registration following the receipt of his transfer. The club decided to include him in the traveling squad to Pamplona, hoping that the international clearance would be finalized before the match scheduled for Saturday at 16:15.

At just 20 years old, Freeman joins Villarreal from Orlando City to strengthen the defensive line following the injury of Argentine international Juan Foyth. He is regarded as a long-term investment for the club, having signed a contract that extends until June 2032.

After completing all necessary procedures on Friday, Freeman traveled to Pamplona as part of the squad. Although he is included in the list of available players, he may start the match on the bench.
