Anis Hadj Moussa has emerged as a pivotal player for Feyenoord, showcasing his talents when in form. However, when his performance falters, he often becomes a source of frustration for fans at De Kuip. Recently, his desire to leave the club has become a topic of discussion.

According to journalist Sacha Tavolieri, Hadj Moussa has taken the initiative to negotiate with Olympique Marseille. Conversations reportedly took place in December between his camp and the management of the current third-placed team in Ligue 1, who trail the leaders, RC Lens, by eight points. During these discussions, the winger expressed his openness to a move to the Côte d’Azur.

Last summer, Hadj Moussa was openly linked with SL Benfica, an interest that attracted significant criticism. However, he surprised many by signing an improved and extended contract with Feyenoord, committing to the club until mid-2030. At that time, he stated, “No one needs to doubt my intentions or the pride I feel playing for this club. I understand the value I have at Feyenoord. Since joining a year ago, I have made significant strides in my development. The facilities, the staff, and the players around me provide everything necessary to elevate both myself and my teammates. Every day presents a new opportunity for improvement, and I am fully dedicated to that journey. I am not finished here yet.”
