Arsen Zakharyan Returns to Training with Real Sociedad

Arsen Zakharyan has rejoined training today with Real Sociedad after having to leave yesterday’s session shortly after it began due to a fever that prevented him from participating on the first day under coach Pallegrino Matarazzo. It appears that he has now overcome this issue and is ready to work under his new coach. The Russian midfielder is among the players who, having had limited opportunities under Sergio Francisco, is looking to gain more prominence with the Italian-American manager.

Zakharyan participated in the first of two training sessions scheduled by Matarazzo for today. According to images shared by the club from the morning session, John Maisano led the exercises once again. It is expected that the afternoon session will focus more on tactical work, where the influence of the Italian-American coach will be even more noticeable, much like in yesterday’s final practice match.
