omidbasir- On Saturday evening, AZ clinched a 2-1 victory against Excelsior, scoring twice in the final minutes. While this win is a welcome boost, football analyst Kenneth Perez remains unimpressed.

Kenneth Perez and Jeroen Elshoff have voiced critical opinions on AZ’s gameplay. Earlier this year, AZ’s management took decisive action by dismissing Maarten Martens and appointing Lee-Roy Echteld as interim coach. Under Echteld’s leadership, AZ managed to secure a valuable three points in Kralingen; however, Perez does not see a positive impact from the coach on the team’s performance. “It’s just long balls and a haphazard approach,” the Danish football analyst stated during the ESPN program Voetbalpraat.
