Bernard Schuiteman Reflects on His Tenure at Feyenoord

Bernard Schuiteman currently serves as the Technical Director of RKC Waalwijk, having previously held a position at Feyenoord. In an interview with De Maaskantine, Schuiteman reflects on his time in Rotterdam.

He commends Dennis te Kloese, Mark Ruijl, and Robin van Persie for their contributions. In discussing te Kloese’s dual role as both General and Technical Director, Schuiteman emphasized, “For a top club like Feyenoord, one must be 100% dedicated to this role. The responsibilities are immense. While the primary focus is on assembling the first team, the work truly begins thereafter. I would recommend separating these responsibilities to allow for greater focus.”

Schuiteman also expressed satisfaction with te Kloese’s current performance, stating, “Things are going very well, and I am quite pleased, as I am a fan of Feyenoord.”
