Bernard Schuiteman Reflects on His Tenure at Feyenoord

Bernard Schuiteman currently serves as the Technical Director of RKC Waalwijk, having previously held a position at Feyenoord. In an interview with De Maaskantine, he looks back on his experiences in Rotterdam.

Schuiteman commends Dennis te Kloese, Mark Ruijl, and Robin van Persie for their contributions. He specifically discusses te Kloese’s dual role as both General and Technical Director, stating, “For a top club like Feyenoord, it’s essential to be 100% dedicated to the role. The responsibilities that come with it are immense. While establishing the first team is crucial, the workload truly begins thereafter. Therefore, I would recommend separating the roles for a more focused approach.” He further acknowledges te Kloese’s effective management, expressing, “Things are going very well, and I am very pleased with that, as I am a fan of Feyenoord.”
