Bernard Schuiteman Reflects on His Time at Feyenoord

Bernard Schuiteman currently serves as the Technical Director of RKC Waalwijk, having previously worked at Feyenoord. In a recent interview at De Maaskantine, Schuiteman reflects on his tenure in Rotterdam.

He commended Dennis te Kloese, who holds the dual role of General and Technical Director. Schuiteman expressed that for a top club like Feyenoord, it is essential to be fully dedicated to such a position. He noted, “There is an overwhelming amount of responsibility. Your primary task is to establish a competitive first team, but the work truly begins thereafter. Therefore, I would recommend separating the roles to enhance focus.” Schuiteman added that he is pleased with te Kloese’s performance, stating, “Everything is going very well, and I am delighted, as I am a fan of Feyenoord.”
