Celta Team Spreads Holiday Cheer at Local Hospital

On Tuesday, the Celta team, along with their coaching staff, visited the Pediatrics and Emergency departments of Álvaro Cunqueiro Hospital in Vigo, marking one of the most special days of the year with their annual Christmas visit.

The first team, guided by head coach Claudio Giráldez, was accompanied by the director of football, Marco Garcés, club president Marián Mouriño, and other representatives from the club. They toured the hospital rooms, delivering gifts, signing autographs, and spending time with the young patients, who welcomed the visit with great enthusiasm, most of them being fans of the Vigo club.

“In a warm and emotional atmosphere, the smiles of the children became, once again, the best gift for the club during this special time of year,” stated a note provided by the club.

Club president Marián Mouriño emphasized, “Our commitment will always be to accompany and bring a smile to those who need it most.”
