Conor Bradley to Miss Remainder of Season Due to Knee InjuryConor Bradley to Miss Remainder of Season Due to Knee Injury

Liverpool defender Conor Bradley is poised to miss the rest of the season after suffering a severe knee injury during Thursday’s goalless draw with Arsenal.

Bradley fell off the ball in stoppage time at the Emirates Stadium and required a stretcher to leave the pitch. Head coach Arne Slot later expressed concerns, stating that the club “feared the worst” for the right-back.

Subsequent scans have shown that while Bradley has avoided an ACL injury, he has incurred substantial damage to the bone and ligaments in his left knee.

This injury represents a significant setback for Slot’s team, which has already seen teenage center-back Giovanni Leoni sidelined for the season due to an ACL injury.

The incident on the pitch not only highlighted Bradley’s injury but also led to a confrontation, with Arsenal substitute Gabriel Martinelli throwing the ball at Bradley and attempting to push him off the field as Arsenal sought a late winner. The Brazilian later issued apologies both publicly and privately for his actions.
