Controversy Surrounds PSV’s Approach to Sven Mijnans

Max Huiberts has publicly criticized PSV’s approach regarding Sven Mijnans. Previously, Ruben van Bommel successfully made a move, but Mijnans was ultimately prevented from transferring. Huiberts expressed his frustration in an interview with Voetbal International, stating, “PSV initially contacted the player before reaching out to us. Many clubs follow that order, but I prefer to do it the other way around, as the regulations dictate. I simply don’t understand it: in the end, you must make contact with the club first. Why not start there?”
