omidbasir- Colombian player Cucho Hernández and Argentine Chimy Ávila commenced the final training session of the week with Real Betis, just hours before the team travels to Mallorca. They are set to compete against the squad managed by Jagoba Arrasate in the 24th match of LaLiga EA Sports.

Cucho is returning from a muscular injury that has kept him off the field for over a month. Today marks his second training session with the group this week, as he strives to secure a spot in the lineup for tomorrow’s match at Son Moix. Meanwhile, Chimy missed last weekend’s game at the Metropolitano due to discomfort but has also participated in two training sessions with his teammates, aiming to join the verdiblanco squad for the trip to the islands.

Head coach Manuel Pellegrini, along with the medical staff, will determine whether they are fit to be included in the matchday squad and to receive playing time. It appears that Héctor Bellerín will need to wait a few more days as he trained individually on the pitch today. With Amrabat, Isco, and Lo Celso ruled out, Pellegrini has called up youth players Trebu, Rodrigo Marina, and Fierro to complete the training session. He will address the media afterward to discuss the team’s approach to tomorrow’s match against Mallorca.

Brazilian player Antony, who has been alternating between on-field training and gym work with physiotherapists due to pubalgia issues, participated normally in training today and is expected to be available for selection. The main uncertainties regarding the matchday squad remain with Cucho and Chimy, as well as the potential inclusion of youth player Rodrigo Marina, who was previously featured in the Metropolitano.
