omidbasir- The Disciplinary Committee of the Royal Spanish Football Federation has imposed a three-match suspension on Kervin Arriaga after he received a double yellow card during the recent match against Valencia in the 24th round of La Liga.

The official ruling indicates that one match is suspended due to the double booking, while the other two matches result from “attitudes of disdain or disrespect towards referees, officials, or sporting authorities, alongside an associated fine as stipulated in Article 52.”

As a result of this decision, the Honduran player will miss the upcoming fixture on Wednesday against Villarreal, which is part of the 16th round that was postponed due to severe weather conditions, as well as matches against FC Barcelona and Deportivo Alavés.

Simultaneously, Levante’s assistant coach, Vicente Iborra, has been handed a three-match suspension following his ejection from the game, receiving two matches for protesting and an additional match for failing to leave the field promptly after the red card was issued.
