Feyenoord Medium Issues Apology to Quilindschy Hartman

The Feyenoord medium, HierOpZuid, has issued an apology to player Quilindschy Hartman. This comes in the wake of speculation that the left-back was potentially in talks with Ajax, leading to a strong statement from Rotterdam that was later retracted.

Recent days have seen significant discussion surrounding Hartman, with attention from both Amsterdam and Rotterdam. The lifelong Feyenoord supporter appeared open to a temporary move to Ajax, which resulted in numerous threats directed at him and his family. As a consequence, reports indicated that discussions regarding the transfer were abruptly halted.

Now that it has been confirmed that Hartman will not pursue a move to Ajax, HierOpZuid has formally apologized to him. “Perhaps we were too harsh in our earlier coverage, but when four different media sources report the same information, it is understandable that we assumed it to be accurate. We extend our apologies to Team Hartman,” the medium stated on Tuesday.
