Fulham FC remains persistent in its pursuit, having gained additional financial flexibility following the imminent sale of Adama Traoré to West Ham United. PSV has already rejected two offers for Pepi, as they are reluctant to part with the striker. However, the Cottagers have been closely monitoring Pepi for an extended period and are convinced enough to move forward with a third proposal.
