Fulham Football Club has finalized a £27 million agreement with Manchester City for the acquisition of Oscar Bobb.

According to BBC Sport, a deal was anticipated between the two clubs, and credible sources have since confirmed that an agreement has indeed been reached for the forward to join Fulham.

It is reported that Manchester City will maintain a 20% sell-on clause and will possess matching rights for any future offers made to Fulham.

An instance of City exercising such rights occurred this past summer when they re-signed goalkeeper James Trafford from Burnley, following Burnley’s acceptance of a bid from Newcastle.

Bobb’s position at Manchester City has been affected by the January acquisition of Antoine Semenyo from Bournemouth.

“I am aware of the rumors and the discussions,” manager Pep Guardiola stated following City’s victory over Wolverhampton.

When asked if Bobb wishes to exit the club, Guardiola responded, “I think so.”

Bobb, who has also attracted interest from Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund, has made 15 appearances for City this season without finding the net. His last match was on December 17 against Brentford in the Carabao Cup, where he sustained an injury early in the game.

Under manager Marco Silva, Fulham has experienced a strong run, losing only one of their last seven Premier League matches and currently sitting seventh in the league after a 2-1 victory over Brighton.

This year, Bobb has represented Norway six times, contributing to their qualification for the upcoming World Cup, and he will reunite with fellow Norwegian Sander Berge at Craven Cottage.

He spent most of the last season sidelined after fracturing a bone in his leg during training in August 2024.

In addition, Fulham has submitted a £28 million bid to acquire forward Ricardo Pepi from PSV Eindhoven.
