Hugo Bueno Reflects on His Impactful Year at Feyenoord

omidbasir- De Kuip experienced a memorable season last year with the presence of Hugo Bueno, the Spanish left-back on loan from Wolverhampton Wanderers. Currently, Jordan Bos and Gijs Smal are taking charge on the left flank for the Rotterdam team. However, Bueno’s contributions as a loan player are not easily forgotten, and the defender certainly holds fond memories of his time at De Kuip.

In an interview with The Express & Star, Bueno shared his thoughts on his time at Feyenoord, stating, “It was a fantastic year for me. I continually express my gratitude to Feyenoord, as it was a remarkable experience. I have grown immensely as both a player and a person. The confidence I bring back here is largely due to their support, as well as my own hard work; it’s a bit of both.”
