Injury Updates Bayern Munich s Key Players Set for ComebackInjury Updates Bayern Munich s Key Players Set for Comeback

Alphonso Davies and Hiroki Ito have yet to make an appearance for Bayern Munich in the 2025/26 season; however, both players are expected to return to training shortly.

As reported by Abenzeitung, Davies and Ito are anticipated to resume team training after the international break, with a potential return to play in December, provided they do not experience any further setbacks.

Davies suffered a cruciate ligament tear while on international duty with Canada in March, while Ito is recovering from a third metatarsal fracture. In light of these injuries, Bayern Munich is exercising caution regarding their return to competitive action.

Additionally, reports from AZ indicate that Jamal Musiala is expected to return within the next four to eight weeks. Musiala sustained a broken fibula and a dislocated ankle during Bayern’s 2-0 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain in the FIFA Club World Cup. He has already begun ball work, and the focus now is on how his leg responds to increased physical activity.
