Jesper Karlsson Returns to the Netherlands on Loan to FC Utrecht

According to Swedish outlet Fotbollskanalen, the forward will be joining FC Utrecht on a loan deal.

After being sold to Bologna for €11 million in the summer of 2023, Karlsson faced challenges in Italy, making only fifteen appearances over two years. In 2025, he was first loaned to Serie A team Lecce and spent the recent months playing for Scottish side Aberdeen.
