There seems to be a strong possibility that Drommel’s aspirations for an international transfer will be realized, as highlighted by former PSV player Tommie van der Leegte. In the De Rood Wit Podcast, he praised Drommel’s development, stating, “Look at how he started and how he stands now as a goalkeeper. In his current form, he is certainly comparable to Kovar. Although his start was somewhat shaky, particularly in the 6-1 match against PSV where he made several errors, he has since recovered impressively, managing to keep a clean sheet nine times. He is truly a breath of fresh air.”
