Jordi Cruijff Considers Hamzah Sadiek as Successor to Kelvin de Lang at Ajax

Jordi Cruijff has identified Hamzah Sadiek as a potential successor to Kelvin de Lang at Ajax. Currently, Sadiek is active in Lithuania, but Cruijff, who will officially begin his role as technical director in February, aims to change that.

According to Pete O’Rourke, a transfer specialist from Football Insider, Sadiek is among the top candidates for the scouting position at Ajax. Following the recent announcement of de Lang’s voluntary departure from the Johan Cruijff ArenA—due to feeling unheard in several club decisions—Cruijff’s first task will be to appoint a new chief scout.
