Recently, Justin Bijlow was considered a promising candidate for the future starting goalkeeper of the Netherlands national football team; however, the situation has changed significantly. This past summer, coach Robin van Persie appointed Bijlow as the first-choice goalkeeper for Feyenoord. However, he later retracted that decision.
