Tottenham Hotspur forward Randal Kolo Muani has expressed unwavering support for their head coach, Thomas Frank, amid challenging times for the team. He stated, “Everybody is happy with him,” highlighting the collective confidence within the squad.

The club has been facing difficulties, finding themselves in 14th place as Christmas approached due to inconsistent performances under Frank’s leadership. Despite these challenges, Kolo Muani has quickly established a strong connection with the fanbase, recently participating in the One Hotspur Junior Christmas Party at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Reflecting on the event, Kolo Muani remarked, “It is fun and for the kids, it is a great moment. This is just magic for Christmas, and everybody is happy, so that’s good.”

The France international also spoke about the support he feels from fans, stating, “Yeah, I feel that [support] when I go out to the games and before. I saw a lot of fans, and I’m happy. I feel good.”

Kolo Muani reiterated his confidence in Coach Frank amidst some criticism from the fanbase, saying, “Yeah, we have a good relationship. We talk together so much, and he has good coaches, so I am happy with him. All the team, my teammates, we trust the coach, and everybody is happy with him. Now we work a lot to push hard during this period.”

Recognizing that strong performances are essential for his aspirations to return to the World Cup stage, Kolo Muani noted his previous experience in Qatar, where a critical one-on-one opportunity against Argentina was thwarted by goalkeeper Emi Martínez during the final.

Following his transfer to Paris Saint-Germain, a lack of playing time caused him to fall out of the international spotlight. However, encouraging performances for Spurs have led to his recent recall by the French national team, although injuries have hindered his participation.

When asked about his motivation for the upcoming 2026 World Cup, Kolo Muani emphasized his commitment to Tottenham, stating, “I feel very good, and my teammates are good with me. For the moment, I just want to play really well at the club. This is really important, and after, we will see for the World Cup.”

He added, “That is why I need and want to showcase my quality and score as well. We need to win more games, and if I want to go to the World Cup, I need to deliver more good performances.”
