LaLiga s Ongoing Efforts Against Violent Spectator BehaviorLaLiga s Ongoing Efforts Against Violent Spectator Behavior

LaLiga submits a weekly report to the RFEF Competition Committee and the Anti-Violence Commission regarding chants at football matches that incite violence or contain offensive or intolerant content. These chants are documented as prohibited behaviors and are subject to penalties under both the RFEF’s Disciplinary Code and legislation aimed at combatting violence, racism, xenophobia, and intolerance in sports.

During the 34th minute of a recent match, a group of local supporters situated in the Lower South Stand, behind banners reading “Lizarra,” “Osasuna,” and “Graderío Sur,” sang in unison for approximately 10 seconds the chant: “La Romareda, puta pocilga, donde se juntan Ligallo y Policía. Qué puto olor, qué porquería, con una bomba todo aquello volaría!”.

In the 46th minute, the same group of supporters, again in the Lower South Stand, coordinated a chant for about 15 seconds that included the lines: “Esto empieza a ser un laberinto. ¿Dónde está la salida? Estás asustado, tú vida va en ello, pero alguien debe tirar del gatillo. […]” followed by a drumbeat of “¡ETA, ETA, ETA!”.

The 47th minute saw a repetition of the earlier chant, indicating a persistent display of this troubling behavior among the supporters.

In the 76th minute, local fans in the Lower South Stand chanted for about 5 seconds the phrase “¡Hijo de puta!”, seemingly directed at the referee.

Just before the start of the second half, another group of local fans in the central sections of the Lower Goal South Stand sang in unison for approximately 10 seconds the chant: “¡Soria cabrón, puta de Nervión!”.

Finally, in the 80th minute, supporters from the same central sections continued this trend, repeating the chant: “¡Soria cabrón, puta de Nervión!” for around 10 seconds.
